Dear praying friends, I apologize for being so late with this prayer letter. Thank you all for praying for us faithfully. Matthew’s surgery in San Francisco on July 10 went well. We won’t know the long-term results for at least a few months and more likely for 1-2 years since nerves re-grow at a veryContinue reading “The (belated) Prices Write (August 2020, part 1)”
Enjoy the pictures of the family in Slavonski Brod, and Daniel’s 12th birthday. We thank God for Daniel and are so proud of him! Thank you all so much for praying for Matthew and us. We had three families over to celebrate Mother’s Day and two birthdays and the kids had a great time hanging out.
Daniel, 6: “I can’t be creative. I ran out of duct tape.” Ariela, 3 (as could only be said by an MK in our type of ministry): “Knock, knock.” Todd: “Who’s there?” Ariela: “Beggars”.
We headed to the store to buy gifts to fill 5 Christmas shoesboxes for Roma (Gypsy) children. A family in our church here in Budapest is organizing an outreach to give Christmas shoeboxes to 500 Roma children in north-central Hungary.
Daniel (6) is very creative and loves to build. He loves castles and swords, too! Here he is in his bedroom with his Lincoln Log castle. Here in Hungary there are many real castles which you can tour. Yesterday, I was in Siklós with my teammates and enjoyed walking around this ancient castle.
