Đeno and Biljana

Praise God for this precious couple and their four children. They serve faithfully in the church in Darda, Croatia. Please pray for Todd, that he can work together with Biljana on Bible translation work in a Romani dialect in the very near future.

Pray for God’s flock in Darda

God is at work in Darda, in NE Croatia. Praise Him for the little church of faithful believers. Just a few years ago, there was no church in this town. And recently, a local pastor has been ordained there. Thank God for shining His face on this town.

Church in Darda, Croatia

Pray for the little church in Darda, Croatia, that the believers would be strong in their faith, that unbelievers would be brought to Christ, and that many Roma in that region would hear and respond to the Good News.

Prayer request for 4 Bible translation projects

We have on our heart four different Roma dialects, spoken in Hungary, Croatia and Serbia which need Bible translation. Please pray for the funding needed to do these projects. The languages are Hungarian Ardelean Bayash, Slavic Ardelean Bayash, Slavic Ludari, and Serbian Gurbet.

Last month we visited the Roma village in Slavonski Brod, Croatia, and interviewed 7 families to find out which Roma dialect they speak. This is an important first step in determining the need there for Bible translation. Our kids went along and played with the kids while I interviewed the adults.
