Thank you for your prayers for us. We feel very loved and encouraged! Our trip to the University of Wisconsin-Madison (UW-M) Medical Center went very well. Shout out to all the Wisconsinites–they are such kind people! Our trip was uneventful, though tiring since it was two back-to-back nine-hour days of driving. The team of surgeons […]
Thank you for praying for us. Matthew and I are staying at a hotel near the airport in San Francisco. He and I met with the new surgeon at Stanford in Palo Alto, California, this morning. His opinion is that, in all probability, the nerves were avulsed entirely (ripped from the spinal cord) for Matthew’s […]
Ariela turned 8 on 8/8! Her theme was unicorns. We had a unicorn cake and played pin the horn on the unicorn. We are so thankful for her and her cheery spirit. She loves Jesus, enjoys singing, playing church, reading her Bible and being around anyone at anytime. She makes friends easily and brings great […]

Speaking of SHARE, we had a great week as we always do […]
We enjoyed a special visit from our friends, the Reichenbergers. Here we are in downtown Budapest. We just ‘happened’ to be in the right place at the parliament building when the guards came out–quite an impressive sight! And don’t you think Ariela’s sunglasses fit the mood perfectly?
Praying the Scriptures for World Missions A sermon preached Nov. 8, 2015, at CrossWay Bible Church, Blue Springs, MO The ministry that we are involved in is in Budapest, Hungary. Many of you know that we were in Croatia and then in Bosnia before that for about 16 years, and for the last couple […]
One of the privileges of being on home assignment these last few months has been seeing the grandparents. Daniel and Ariela enjoyed visiting Pam’s parents, Mal & Barbie Hughes, in Iowa recently. They played tic-tac-toe, read stories, played with a stroller which belonged to grandma (for over 80 years!), and especially enjoyed the kitties.
