We’ve all heard of Black Friday and Cyber Monday, when we look for hot deals to save money. But have you heard of Giving Tuesday? It is the Tuesday following Black Friday and Cyber Monday and is a day dedicated to giving (#GivingTuesday). Perhaps we could give of our time, of our prayers, of a listening ear, or of our money. We are praying for $330 per month more in monthly pledges for our missionary support. We are also praying for $50,000 in one-time gifts for Bible translation. I wonder how close we could get to reaching those goals on Giving Tuesday.
The Roma (Gypsies) of Hungary, Croatia and Serbia, are still outcasts and rejected by most of society. But not by Jesus. Our passion is to give God’s Word, the Bible, in the heart language of every Roma (Gypsy) in this area.
