Family pics from the kids’ play; Daniel to camp; formatting and final checks for Gospel of Luke in Arli language

Peter Pan, Jr. play in home school coop where Ariela (9) and Daniel (13) attend

It was great that Jonathan’s visit from San Francisco meant that he was able to see Daniel and Ariela’s play also. We enjoyed a special week with him while he was here.

Coffee date for Pamala with Jonathan in KC

Please remember these prayer requests:

  • Daniel will be at our church camp Wednesday through Saturday. They will be serving at City Union Mission here in KC and going on a float trip in southern Missouri. Please pray that they would be a blessing to those they serve, for relationships to be built and strengthened, and for safety as they travel.
  • We have completed most of the formatting and final checks for the Gospel of Luke in the Arli language! Please pray for Todd and the translator as they do a final read through and prepare to print Luke in the Arli language. Pray for wisdom and logistical success in printing and distributing copies of Luke.
  • We are beginning to make some of the final checks for Luke in the Gurbet, Chergash and Bayash languages as well. Please pray for us and all the translators as we check spelling, consistency in translation of key biblical terms, consistency in formatting, footnotes, introduction and glossary. Pray we can complete these by the end of August and print Luke in these languages.

  1. Thank you for sharing these beautiful photos of your beautiful family. The school children looked enthusiastic as they took their part in the production.
We are wondering what a “float trip” is, that Daniel will be on. (We are from Australia.)
We continue in prayer. Blessings. Kris and Evelyn
