Visiting Slavonski Brod: Croatia summer outreach, #5

Thank you for your faithful prayers. As I write this, we are at the Zagreb, Croatia, airport, waiting to board our flights home (via Frankfurt, Germany, and Chicago). We’ve spent the last few days in Slavonski Brod, Croatia, the city where we used to live. We visited with friends and missionary colleagues here, including supper at a horse ranch where Ariela and Daniel were able to take a brief ride. We also drove by our old house and saw the storks that nest nearby. We went by Ariela’s ballet studio, shopped for souvenirs, enjoyed ice cream and coffee, and Ariela had a sleepover, while Daniel helped the missionaries with odd jobs and yardwork. And I (Todd) preached at the weekly Roma fellowship.

Thank you for your prayers over our many, many miles of travel. Please continue to pray that the seeds of the Word of God, planted in two Roma villages and in two local fellowships, will bear much fruit for the glory of God.

Gratefully,

Todd, Pamala, Daniel and Ariela
