Our whirlwind trip to the States (The Prices Write, July 2019, part 1)

VISIT TO THE U.S.

We enjoyed our recent one-month visit to the States. It was a whirlwind trip but very meaningful. Our whole family got to be together. Timothy, Elizabeth and Stephen are in Kansas City so we were able to see them a lot. Jonathan and Matthew were able to fly in from Oakland, California for Memorial Day weekend. Our niece got married that weekend, so it was a great time to see many on Pam’s side of the family, including some we had not met before.

We were able to travel to SW Kansas to see our summer workers who will be coming to Croatia, to Oklahoma City to be with Todd’s parents and sister, and to Cross Roads, Texas, to be with Pam’s parents, and her sister and children.

We were able to get our US driver’s licenses renewed, get a lot of dental work done, get repairs done on one of our US vehicles, start vision therapy for Daniel and even get a weekend away to celebrate our 30th anniversary. The van odometer told the story as we racked up 3,000 miles in one month.

KIRSTEN’S SCHOOLING

We are humbled and grateful that you all have donated almost $6,800 for Kirsten’s upcoming school year at the missionary boarding school in Kandern, Germany Black Forest Academy (BFA). We still lack about $10,200 toward her schooling which begins August 26. If you would like to give, there are three ways to donate:
1) directly to Black Forest Academy for her school costs: https://bfacademy.com/payments
2) directly to us through PayPal to tlprice@pmbx.net or by check to Todd or Pamala Price, 15703 Allen Ave, Belton, MO 64012
3) to Pioneers online, by phone at (407) 382-6000 or mail (10123 William Carey Dr., Orlando, FL 32832).

For any of these three methods, please add a note specifying that it is for Kirsten G. Price’s schooling. Thank you for considering this and for praying for these funds and for an edifying school year for Kirsten!

OUR FINANCIAL SUPPORT

For our own missionary support, we are thankful that although some individuals and churches have needed to stop, others have increased their monthly giving, so we currently only need $215 per month for our financial support to be 100% pledged. Thank you for praying for this need. If you or your church, Sunday school or Bible study group would like to give, go to www.pioneers.org/give.

Thank you for your faithful prayers and support for our family and for Bible translation for Roma. You are an integral part of this ministry!
Gratefully,
Todd & Pamala Price (Kirsten, Daniel, Ariela)
