Kirsten’s schooling; our visit to the States (The Prices Write, June 2019, part 1)

Kirsten’s Schooling

Kirsten has been home schooled, including the last two years when she has done online school while living at home. Last year we moved to Slavonski Brod, Croatia, a small town where no other missionary kids live, and it has been a lonely place for her to be.

Though she has done well academically, we believe that for her social and spiritual well-being, it would be best if she attended a Christian school with other international kids. Thankfully, she has been accepted into Black Forest Academy in Kandern, Germany, for her 10th grade year and is very excited for this opportunity.

Financially this is quite a challenge. This is a boarding school and the cost, including travel to and home from Germany and for breaks will be about $17,000 for the school year. For the time being, we are paying part of it using money we had set aside for her college costs, but we need to reimburse that.

If you would like to help toward these costs, we would be very grateful. There are 3 ways to give:

1) directly to Black Forest Academy for her school costs: https://bfacademy.com/payments
2) directly to us through PayPal to tlprice@pmbx.net or by check to Todd or Pamala Price, 15703 Allen Ave, Belton, MO 64012
3) to Pioneers online, by phone or mail (see above right).

For any of these three methods, please add a note specifying that it is for Kirsten G. Price’s schooling.

Thank you for considering this and for praying for these funds and for an edifying school year for Kirsten!
